"We booked a large group of friends for a stay in March. The off season price point was just what we were looking for. The Lighthouse is huge! Everyone got a good night sleep, early birds and night owls included. Winter and spring were battling it out. We saw all the ice melt, turkey and deer tracks in the sand, and beautiful sun/moon rises during our stay. If you’re looking for a big group or multi family destination, book it! "It’s was a great location. The room had a frig, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware and dish towels. They provided coffee. They were not stingy with towels and provided shampoo. The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet and relaxing stay. We’d definitely stay here again. "

"We booked this facility so we didn't have to drive to eat and have a couple drinks but after we checked in we were told the bar and restaurant were closed. And there was no one available for 5 days to discuss a refund. We checked out. The rooms were clean but very dated and bleach stains all over the carpet"

After we checked in we were informed that the pool was closed for unknown reasons and we could drive three miles to another hotel to use their pool. We were also told that the water was being shut off at 9:00 am on our last day. Add in the constant dog barking down the hall and my perfect weekend wasn't so perfect."

"We spent three nights here for a gals getaway and it was a perfect spot! Quiet, beautiful, clean, roomy, and relaxing. We cooked, we did puzzles, we watched movies, we went into town a couple times, and we used the hot tub a lot. The kitchen is well-appointed and the knifes are actually sharp...seemingly unheard of in a rental property! Communication and responsibilities were clear and helpful. We plan to return!"
