Looking for a place to unwind and escape the daily grind? Look no further than our beautiful holiday house, built in 2022 with a focus on style, comfort, and relaxation. Perfect for families and couples alike, our house boasts stunning, sweeping views that will leave you feeling enchanted and rejuvenated. Please note property is surrounded by natural vegetation and there is no clear yard or fencing for pets to be left outside unattended.



The Space:

From the large deck and open living space, you can soak up the beauty of the surrounding landscape and enjoy the gentle rhythms of nature. Slow down and reinvigorate with lazy mornings and leisurely walks, or treat yourself to good coffee and food while basking in the warmth of the sun. For a refreshing escape, take a dip in the ocean then rinse off in our hot, outdoor shower.

Our holiday house is a true beachfront paradise, with a 100-metre private track that winds its way down through the sand dunes to the beach. For children, it's the perfect pathway to carry boogie boards or beach cricket equipment with ease, adding to the fun and adventure of your beachfront escape.

When the weather turns chilly, you can still enjoy the beauty of our holiday home from the comfort of our cozy living room. Large glass windows offer panoramic views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape, making it the perfect spot to watch storms rolling in over the horizon. Board games and jigsaw puzzles are provided for your entertainment, allowing you to reconnect with loved ones and escape the distractions of modern life. Alternatively, you can curl up by the fireplace with a good book and immerse yourself in the warmth and tranquility.

Please note a small amount of wood is supplied per stay from May to end of August. Extra wood can be purchased in town.

Absolutely stunning view

Even though the weather wasn’t perfect the stay was. We had gorgeous ocean views and the deck was gorgeous to sun ourselves on when the sun was out. Lots of games if we got bored, a beautiful open fire. Will definitely go again.

Incredible stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Long Beach Break! The house was as described, clean, well equipped and incredible views. Check in process was easy and seamless. Although the weather was a bit wintery, it didn’t bother us with the cosy fire and board games (there were so many to choose from). We were thankful we could have our dog there who loved exploring and going for long walks on the beach. The beach is a drive on beach, however we weren’t bothered by it, being winter there was hardly any traffic on it. The most stunning views of the ocean and both sunrise and sunset. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much Linda!

Amazing location, great house we would recommend it lots of games and great outdoor settings with views that are unsurpassed Only issues we had were; Key safe jammed so manager had to rescues us in the rain to get in Wood heater leaked creosote in the night out the flue joints so stunk the house out so didn't use again not sure if it was green wood but it doesn't help that the flue is installed upside down so leaked out the joints instead of running down inside the flue and didn't have internet password for the wifi but we didn't need really need the internet otherwise we loved it !!!

Rest and recouperation

Long Beach Break is fairly uniquely situated at Robe with a superb view of the bay. The sound of the ocean is all you can hear most of the time. We were surprised to find that cars can drive up and down the beach which is a real shame but this does not affect the privacy of the house and decking. Proper coffee making would be welcome to enjoy in the morning on the decking which I would expect for any high end price range property. Otherwise well appointed.

Amazing location

We stayed at this amazing property over Christmas for a family getaway with four adults and two children. The location and the view were the clear stand outs but the house itself is well thought out and immaculate as well. I have nothing to fault and would love to stay again one day hopefully!
