I loved my experience at Fairmont Ramla from the moment I laid eyes on it. Beautiful, well-maintained property that I will stay at time and again. The front desk is extraordinary - very knowledgeable staff, who are courteous, caring and always providing the extra touch needed to make your experience unforgettable. I also received an upgrade and couldn't believe how comfortable and well-apointed the rooms were. Heaven on earth, indeed! Wont fail to book here the next time that I'm in town.

Nice but noisy!

Very clean and comfortable apartment but there is a construction site and even though we were on 17th floor it was very very noisy all day and night, we couldn't sleep both nights because of the noise. Hotel didn't do anything to move us to another room. Breakfast very good, broad selection of different food.

We had an issue with the overwhelming smell of smoke that came from our neighbors room and although they were not supposed to smoke because it’s a smoke free facility, they did not stop smoking and when we brought that up with management they changed our room and upgraded us. Management dealt with it appropriately but they still should reinforce the NO smoking policy.
