The only thing that I don’t like about the hotel is that the delivery guy can’t deliver the food upstairs and the staff can’t bring it upstairs as well, i need to go downstairs every time

الفندق نظيف .. عيوبه : ١- صغر حجم الغرفة والحمام الخاص بها وعدم وجود أرواب حمام جاهزة في الغرفة ولازم تطلب طلب ٢- قساوة السرير وصلابة وهذا السبب الأكثر الي خلاني اطلع من الفندق بدري ٣- كثرة التحويلات حول الفندق ٤- جودة الاكل

The correspondence was awful
I spent 4 nights at here with a terrible shower in my room. The water turned from very hot to cold, and then turn from cold to very hot. It costs time to take a shower and waste the water a lot! So I requested to change my room, and the front staff accepted and said they need to send a staff to check my room first. I agreed and wait for about 1 hour but no one’s coming. I repeated my request 4 times and received the same correspondence every time. Finally I couldn’t have my room be changed.

I booked a non smoking room but they didn’t have one so put me in a smoking room and they hadn’t made my room up when I got back in the evening

This property is exactly what it says it is and is well priced for what it offers. I needed a good clean hotel over night while waiting to catch another plane and this fulfilled that perfectly. I will stay here again.

The hotel is great and beautiful breakfast as usual from Rotana. There were 2 problems 1- was the AC wherever you move in the hotel is freezing cold. Even in the gym I had to ask many times to set it to normal. It is not only unhealthy but environmentaly unfriendly 2- same was despite all the signs bedsheets and towels were exchanged daily Please care for the environment
