「Everything was lovely!」

「The main issue was that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. I specifically reserved this hotel because of these amenities and to show up and find out that we could not use them was very disappointing. Even when I called ahead to confirm the reservation, there was no mention of these amenities not being available. It could have easily been mentioned by the person on the phone. 「We stayed here on our travels and the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The king sized bed was nice. But, for a Hampton Inn, this one needs to be updated with some TLC.
