"We booked this hotel specifically for the kitchen. What is ridiculous there is nothing that comes in the kitchen. Not even a fork! So, you have to bring or buy (from the hotel downstairs in their market) plates, cups, silverware, pot, pan, etc….. I’m not understanding the “convenience” of the kitchen if NOTHING is supplied. Next time we will just stay at Home 2 Home or somewhere else. By the way, I did try to buy a sponge in their “market” and the staff told me they don’t carry that. So you carry all of the products to cook and eat, just not to clean the items. There was only 1 luggage cart that has seen better days! The top was broken and when you tried to use it the poles came apart… I know I’m talking about a luggage cart, but when traveling with a family this is important. "

"This is a great hotel for couples or families. The common areas and rooms are spacious and really clean. It feels very upscale. The "coffee shop" is much more than a diner, serving an amazing breakfast, and delicious salads, sandwiches and dinner entrees. Even with other dining options we kept going back there! Beautiful indoor/outdoor pool, walking distance to SLC sites and the Delta Center. Only weird drawback is that the bed quality didn't match the rest of the hotel. Commented about it upon leaving and the front desk person was very attentive - asked questions, took notes. Regardless, this will be our go-to hotel in SLC. "
