The staff is really amazing! My only complaint is that the carpets are dinghy and the walls need to be cleaned. The bed was very comfortable. It seems as if this was once a great hotel but it is losing its luster due to age and it is in need of a deep clean.

Check in was 5 p.m., not 4 p.m., due to computers down. Was given handicap room, but did NOT request. Paid for view, but had to overlook a non functioning jacuzzi with dirty sand bags, construction fence with fake ivy, etc. which blocked much of our view. Property is poorly maintained. Extended Studio Hotel Ontario
We choose Extended Studio Hotel Ontario for the price. The major chains were mostly over $300 and this was about $100 less.
