「The lobby area was spacious and convenient. The hotel is close to local attractions and easy parking. One of our guest an elderly woman tripped in the bathroom and skinned her knee. The hotel did not have a first aid kit and I had to go to Walgreens nearby to get bandages/large band aid and anticeptic spray. The bathroom door came off the track about half way closed and would not move. Also the toilet seat would not stay up. One male, two females,that's a problem.」
「The service was really great, however when I got into the hotel room there was hair in the sink, and the shower was not too clean. I purchased my own cleaning items and wiped everything down. Also the A/c was very loud and at some point in the middle of the night it sounded like it started dripping. Also, when I arrived I noticed the toilet handle was broken. 」
