"Beautiful hotel but no refrigerator in our room. I had to ask for a bucket of ice, which the staff kindly got for us. Also...no hotel room phone? That was different. Otherwise, very cute. Very cool hot tub/rooftop deck. "

"The check in experience was absolutely horrible to say the least. I've never had to wait for over an hour and a half to check in to a room before in my life because the room "was not ready". We asked for early check in which is between 2-4pm and asked to be on the same floor. Our entire group arrived before 4 pm and we all had to wait for our rooms and couldn't be guaranteed a room until 8pm!!! None of us were even on the same floor in the new Buffalo Tower. Dinner at Tado Steakhouse was very average and way overpriced! The swim up bar/pool was just okay, very small! For the price we paid to stay and the experience we had to be subpar was dissapointing! "

"I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel in my life. There were obvious drug deals in the parking lot, people partying outside my window, loud neighbors on all sides all night — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the light fixtures didn’t work/were falling off the wall, the bathroom door didn’t close because it didn’t fit in the frame, cigarette burns all around the sink, chunks of the bathtub were broken/missing, hair/stains on the sheets, deafeningly loud heater, stained walls, corroded appliances, AND a broken lock. I paid for two nights and only stayed one night because I felt that unsafe. I wish I had the option to not even stay the one night as I woke up several times to the fear that someone was breaking in my room. When I tried to get a refund from the hotel I was denied and gaslit by the front desk. Don’t risk your life here."

"This was a solid chain hotel for an overnight stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed placement was odd, close to walls"

"The staff was excellent. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast was really good. There was a nice large breakfast area and many options for food. The cheese and sour cream should’ve been refrigerated though. They were left out on the counter. Lots of condiments. There were even grab and go containers. I thought that was nice. They had a high tech coffee/hot chocolate machine. Plenty of drinks. They even had a waffle maker. Overall, it was a great experience. I was disappointed that the pool was a bit chilly though. Also, was no bathtub for my preschooler. They are trying to update the property and pool area. It was a really nice and quiet hotel. I would stay there again. "

"The room was very dusty and the mattress was smaller than the bed frame.The bathroom needs to be updated bad shower floor is very slippery grout is all cracked.... we had to pay $20 a night to park witch is fine but my husband had to go in an ask him to open gate ."

"We got to the hotel had our reservation i already paid for, wanted me to pay for it again, gave us the wrong room- one bed 3 people kept tell me the will fix it needed to talk to the gm and would call me back. Never fixed anything never called back. Hotel wasn't super clean as expected. Beds were horrible. Front staff lady made sure i knew constantly i booked with a third party and made me feel as if i should be looked down upon for that. We had friends staying there and i tried to book through them which showed nothing on their website so this was my only option. The pool area was extremely dirty and about 1000 degrees. My daughter came out beat red. Chlorine was overkill for sure. Will not be going back "

"The front desk clerk at check in was so nice, the room was the perfect temp, bed soft and pillows just right. Amazing water pressure so you can take a good shower and it doesn't take 5 hours to rinse your hair"
