"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

"Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit per WhatsApp möglich. Dieser antwortet immer unverzüglich und war grundsätzlich sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Auch an Kinder wird hier gedacht. Spielsachen und Kinderbetten stehen zur Verfügung. "Vielen Dank für die schnelle Rückmeldung, wir haben jetzt eingecheckt. Zimmer sind ok aber abgewohnt und billig eingerichtet. Silberfische auf dem Boden , alle Fenster auf bzw. abgekippt, was halt bei 2,5 grad C Außentemperatur total sinnfrei ist. Der Grund dafür ist dass verrauchte Zimmer. Was selbst als Raucher unangenehm riecht. Sorry aber dann bitte nicht für eine Suite verkaufen und Bilder nutzen, die mit der Realität nichts zu tun haben um einen höheren Verkaufspreis zu erzielen. ."

Auch die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr durch die in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhandene Haltestelle ist hervorzuheben. Der Checkin-Prozess ging reibungslos vonstatten.
