El servicio de todo el personal fue muy bueno. Nos ayudaron con sitios recomendados y fueron muy diligentes con nuestras solicitudes. La infraestructura y acabados de las habitaciones pueden mejorar para hacer mucho más agradable la estadía de los visitantes

Back after 1 year very surprised
Unfortunately my first time at Karin was when they have just opened, after only 1 year the hotel it's in bad conditions, probably because of not mantainance.

Hotel in need of improvement.
We had a horrible time getting there from Cartegena. We ended up checking in late. The room was average. They only gave us one towel for two people and when we asked for another the man was skeptical about giving it to us. The bathroom looked like it was built in an hour. Taps were falling off. There was no head to the shower. To top it all of at 5am a rooster started till 8am. When we asked if we could switch rooms to the back of the hotel for the next night he moved us one room over. At the end they wouldn't take our visas so we had to go find a bank to take out cash. We are pretty rugged travelers and don't expect much but this place has a lot of potential just needs to fix a lot of the problems. There was one young women at the front desk who made the stay worth while. I think her name started with a J. We will definitely not be returning.

Just Awful!
The front desk clerk could not find our Expedia reservation. I had to go behind the desk and show him the reservation on the computer screen. The room we reserved was not available. The room itself looked like a prison cell. The beds were as hard as a rock and the pillows were like pancakes! The restaurant is only open from 7am to 8.30am for breakfast! The food was barely edible. I understand that this is a low star hotel but really just awful. Can't understand how they are in business.
