If you need to check in and/or check out at different times than those established, the charge is 50% of the daily rate, subject to availability. We can accommodate up to 6 people; 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed and 2 single mattresses, both bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning available in only 1 bedroom, complete linens. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, air fryer, and all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, mugs, etc...). Very comfortable living room, well lit and airy. The 2 bathrooms have hot water and bath towels. The place is perfect for singles, couples or groups who want to make the most of their trip. It is located in a quiet and safe building, fully furnished and decorated, great location and security!
