「We had a problem at check-in - our keys were not in the provided lock box - everything else was as listed in the instructions. We were able to contact the host, and someone came to the office somewhat quickly to resolve the issue.The description stated that there was to be a queen bed and a twin bed in one room, there was only a queen bed in each room.
