"Rooms are not what you see in the advertising. When I asked for housekeeping to clean the bathroom that was nasty and change the comforters that were not clean she came in the room, I spoke with her and expressed my concerned she left and did not returned. I went to my daughter’s room whose room was just as filthy and smoke detector was broke, waited about 25-30mins went back and checked on my room it was still untouched. I returned to front desk to find out why was told she had left my room to speak to the manager, expressed again my concerns that we had been traveling over 18hr’s straight I had a grandson that was not walking on the filthy floors or taking a bath in the nasty bathroom. Walked out to hear the lady lie over the walkie talkies. We did not stay. I did not even take our belongings in the room. I asked for a refund and was refused one because I signed a promise to stay contract when they advertised a clean room. "

"Coffee did not work for the continental breakfast. Cream cheese which should have been refrigerated was left out and warm. Lost all water to the room for a bit in the morning without warning in the middle of showering. "

"Yes, I did see some pets a couple of cats and a dog. Parking was fairly good."

"The beds where comfortable but the room was filthy the linens where clean but stained . The bathroom was all broken down no hot water . The hotel as pretty run down I assume at some point it was a great place to stay but not anymore."

"Had a dead cockroach in our room. Property looks run down. View from the hotel is good. "
