非接触チェックインという名の手抜きホテル

ホテル到着が遅かった(と言っても9時頃)というのもありますが、レセプションは開いておらずインターフォン越しのチェックインでした。インターフォンからの説明を聞いてポストに入っている鍵を取って部屋に行こうとしますが、部屋までの道はわかりにくく、インターフォンの説明だけでは足りないと感じました。また事前にチェックイン時間をメールで聞かれた際、朝食の時間等のアナウンスもあったため、朝食会場に行ってみると、あなたは朝食予約していないと言われました。ならメールで朝食について書かないでほしいです。それかチェックインで朝食が付いてない旨を説明するべきです。あと立地はめちゃくちゃ悪いです。地図で見ると駅から近く見えますが、川を挟むため歩くと20分近くかかります。バスも本数が少ないです。車で行ってのんびり滞在しない限りはオススメしません。

Dear mr Kamei, we're sorry that you did not felt comfortable. Bus is frequently passing, during the day twice an hour and in the evening once. Late check-in is based on availability and normally no problem. You booked room only. In your reservation was written that room only is not including breakfast ( no meal including) The automated version of the text we did change. Thank you very much for your feedback. We try to improve and to get better

トラブルに巻き込まれ、どうしようもなく泊まれなかった。たしかにキャンセルポリシーにはキャンセルが出来ないとは記載されていたので仕方ないのも理解はしているが、事故にあった場合までキャンセルできないのはいかがなものかと思う。メールでも電話でも連絡したが、意味がなかった。オーナーが不親切なホテルだと思う。再度行くときは絶対利用しない。

Good location

Good hotel to visit berner oberland. It was really helpful that the owner prepared lunch box for us, while we departed before the breakfast hours so that we get to jungfraujoch with the first train.

少し古い印象です

チェックイン後はバスの案内をしてもらえますが、最初は荷物を引っ張って徒歩（１５分くらいの上り）で行くのは少し厳しい感じです。バスは１時間に２～３本くらいで、時間はスイスなので、ほぼ正確です。（無料で乗車可）建物は少し年代を感じます。部屋はそうでもないのですが、風呂・洗面所等がどうしても・・・泊まった部屋には４人席のダイニングテーブルのようなエリアがあり、重宝しました。全部屋にあるのかは不明ですが。お湯の設備、インスタントコーヒー・紅茶等は用意されています。冷蔵庫はありません。朝食はハム・チーズ等もありますが、普通というところでしょうか。場所は高台にあるので、窓からの景色はいいですね。

Not so kind stuff

I sent an e-mail to inform my late check-in in advance. but no answer came. At the arrival, no one there and no instruction to enter in the hotel. If the taxi driver had not helped me to call the stuff by phone and heard the room number, the way to enter in and the place of the key, I completely would have got lost in front of the door at midnight alone in the first swiss. The stuff should prepare or inform me in advance. They were so arrogance that I felt as if they were the guests.

超オススメ

とにかく超オススメ！イメージでいうと日本志賀高原のペンション見たい、オシャレな外観で、木造のインテリアに温もりがあって、何と言っても、フレンドリーなスタッフさんです。携帯をホテルに忘れたが、ちゃんとキープしてくれて、丁寧に対応してくれた。部屋からの眺めも最高！

朝食絶景

1時間に一本のバスを使わないと駅からは徒歩15分ほどかかる。wifi通じなかった。狭いがアットホームで可愛い部屋だ。シャワー・トイレは2部屋で共有。何も無いので静かで景色は最高！散歩を楽しめる。レストランやスーパーが無く駅まで戻った。

We stayed at Gasthof Schoenegg in Interlaken, Switzerland, and had an outstanding experience. The service provided was exceptional, with attention to detail and promptness in meeting our needs. The breakfasts offered were delicious and varied, providing a great start to each day of our stay. In particular, Patricia went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our time at the hotel. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we definitely plan to return to Gasthof Schoenegg when we visit Interlaken again.

This B&B exceeded any expectations. It is situated a few minutes away from the centre of Interlaken on a hillside. 5 min bus ride or 20 min walk. Staff was great and attentive. Our triple room was spacious and clean. The view was spectacular. Breakfast was phenomenal. They have laundry on site which is a huge plus. However, knowing that this facility is older. We know creaking sounds is unavoidable, but maybe it is time for the single bed frame in the triple room to be replaced. Every single movement made it creaked like crazy that woke everyone up. Having said that, i would still come back and would even recommend this lovely B&B to everyone.

My husband and I stayed a couple of nights and we really enjoyed it. Room was spacious, beautiful view from the balcony, taking the bus to Interlaken Ost only 7 minutes away. Great hospitality and service.

Our stay here was lovely! I cannot recommend this place enough. The location was perfect, a very short drive from Interlaken city center. The view from the hotel was INCREDIBLE! We spent most of the time just sitting on the back terrace overlooking the lake and mountains, very peaceful. The staff was very kind, breakfast was delicious and we were able to do laundry for just 10 CHF per load. Will definitely be coming back and staying here!!

The location and service sell this accommodation in Interlaken. Easily accessible by bus from Interlaken Ost station or it can be a good walk/hike (about 20 mins). You get a free bus pass as part of your stay. You’ll get awesome views of Interlaken through the common dining and lounge area. Breakfast included was also a nice perk! Finally, Esther, the host, was very nice and helpful. I felt truly welcomed. The room had everything I needed. Would stay here again if I get a chance to return.

Travelled with wife and 2 kids, this place by far was the nicest cottage we stayed in, the views are spectacular and rooms are beautiful clean and looked after,, the breakfast was amazing. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to have the best stay around Interlaken we will be back there again I hope.

Beautiful B n B

It was awesome 😎! The concierge was pleasant! The breakfast was great 👍 and had cute little cups to be sanitary.Also little containers full of juice and milk. You can use the outside patio and breakfast room to eat takeout lunch and dinner! The bathroom was nice it was warm and high pressure. The beds were so comfy 😊 as well as the blankets. The views of Interlaken were stunning! They let us use the washing machine, microwave and fridge. Also it's so clean 😁. It's,🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!

Good value

Good location and clean room. Bus stop is conveniently located outside of train station Interlaken OST. Take the 102 bus and get off at Goldswil Dorf (2 bus stops). The buses have upcoming stops listed, just remember to press the stop button for your stop.

The staff was amazing, they were extremely accommodating and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful mountain view from the room and from the terrace. Breakfast was good. Coffee and tea with some snacks were available all day long.
