Evacuation central!

Unfortunately when we stayed there were floods in the local town and the older folks evacuated to the hotel. No fault of the hotel of course and they did let us cut short our stay with no issues. The decor is dated but with improvements it could be a great place.

Stuck in the 90's

Terrible service at reception when arriving. Room was of a 1990 standard. The tyniest tv ever created with analog signal. No towels at room. Breakfast from 7 to 9, but all was cleaned away at 8:50

Unique hotel, but the staff need to be more customer service orientated. When we checked we were handed the key and no words came out of the mouth of the person who checked us in, we didn't know where to go to find our room. When I asked he pointed to a hall. We were also accosted by another worker when we were outside enjoying a drink in the garden area, she was very rude at first telling us we couldn't drink alcohol we brought, we had to buy it there. We didn't know there was a "rule" about it. Her attitude change when we apologized for not knowing and also let her know what a horrible experience we were having at their hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to foreigners.

Ett fint hotell i gammal stil. När man tillbringar många nätter på hotell så är det hotell som denna som man minns. Fin omgivning och bra frukost.

Veldig fint. Vi var der med barna for å dra i Bjørneparken. Flott med basseng og stort sjakkbrett ute. Vi var der på en veldig varm dag, så det var litt varmt på rommtet, men ellers et velsig fint opphold

Dårlig rom, dårlig informasjon. Vi fikk ikke kjøpt mat på lørdag, ble henvist til sentrum 5 km fra hotellet. Basseng og uteområdet er helt topp.

Det er et fint hotel, og virkelig value for money. Dog er det lidt en tidslomme og trænger til en opdatering. Morgenmaden er virkelig godt!!

Rummet kändes inte helt rent. Tvålfläckar längs badkaret och små hår där. Vattenkokaren var äcklig och inte ren/avtorkad. Och såna grejer. Då blir man skeptisk till resten med. Frukosten var god. Hon som arbetade där var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam! (Hon i svart väst.) Resten av familjen badade i poolen och uppskattade den, den var dock för kall för mig. Kul att det fanns pool och bastu! Överlag ett trevligt hotell med god frukost för familjer.

Ble mottatt av en hyggelig mannlig resepsjonist som ga oss god og fin info. Sengene var ok, rent, men det lå igjen noe «toalett-papir» under den ene senga. Godt lydisolert, selv med mange gjester var det deilig stille. Fine uteområder med hagemøbler og svømmebasseng. Personlig ikke så glad i vegg til vegg tepper, noe det var nesten over alt. Spiste middag på hotellet ankomstdagen, det var det seigeste lammet jeg har spist og servitøren virket irritert fordi vi svarte negativt på om maten var god. Veldig god frokost.

Havde et toilet på værelset der kun havde stort skyl der virkede Og så manglede vi mere info om badeområdet - hvor det var. Morgen buffeten var lækker og indbydende - åbnede dog lidt for sent søndag da vi skulle tidligt afsted
