Rincon Lagoon

Pool was great. The French and Japanese restaurants were by far the best places to eat for dinner. And the Mediterranean was the best lunch hands down

We stayed at family selection at grand Palladium and it was fantastic from start to finish! From the moment we stepped out of our car service, we were welcomed so warmly and made to feel right at home! The staff is truly phenomenal!! attentive, caring and always willing to go above and beyond. A special thank you to our butler, Raul, who took care of every single detail, even the smallest requests and made our stay so much easier and much more enjoyable. I also want to give a shout out to Franklin, who was incredibly helpful when one of our children needed medical attention. Having a 24 hour doctor’s office and pharmacy right on was an unexpected but we’re so thankful for it! The doctor was great and the treatment we received was exceptional. The resort itself is beautiful. The grounds are immaculate, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable..and the pools were spotless and very well maintained. The food was great, with plenty of options for everyone to enjoy. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience for our family. We had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back!
