2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked rental w/ all the bells & whistles. King size beds w/ high end bedding, air conditioning, ceiling fans, linens, towels, soaps etc provided. Covered outdoor patio. Walking distance to Steps Beach, many restaurants bars, food trucks & the town plaza, 15'x30' salt water pool, Weber BBQ grill, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, Yeti cooler, cable, wifi, games, books, washer dryer, off-street parking and more. We aim to make our home feel like your home.



The Space:

The rental is conveniently located close to Steps Beach and the Marina Beach, as well as many restaurants and bars such as Carta Buena, Shipwreck, Copa Llena, Club Nautico, El Ancla, Rincon Smoke Shack, The Slider Shop and many more. You can easily walk to the downtown plaza where there is a farmers market every Sunday, Art Walk every Thursday night and many more restaurants.



This unit sleeps a MAXIMUM of 4 guests



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to your rented unit. The pool, Weber BBQ grill and outdoor dining are shared for all R Casa guests.

The R Casa Unit 2 driveway may house the owner's vehicle. Please Park in the spot next to the vehicle and not directly behind it.



Please keep the gate to the driveway Open for other R casa guests to access the pool and backyard area.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located on a quiet and safe dead end street so there is no through traffic. Set back from the main road you don't hear any of the street noise.



Other Things to Note:

This property has wifi with the highest speeds offered in Puerto Rico, Starlink satellite enables video calls, online gaming, streaming, and other high data rate activities exceeding the nations standard for broadband internet. Perfect for digital nomads who plan to work & play on Vacation.

AC units are in the bedrooms only. The living room has venting windows that open to let in the Caribbean breeze.

We are located on the western point of the island.

We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce.



To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.

The Way To Relax

Everything was great, The house is fully stocked but the best part was the pool. So relaxing to go out to the pool every day in the water or out,!1 Close to anywhere you would like to go. Would stay there again with no problem!!

We enjoyed our stayed in Rincon and would definitely stay at this property again. Please note that the pool is shared with the other unit on the property and this unit is on the lower level. Having AC only in the bedrooms was perfect for us.

Rincon stay

This was a perfect stay if you want to spend all of your time outdoors. The pool and pool area, outdoor grill and dining table are perfect. The beach is a comfortable walk away, and if you care to drive, load up the chairs and you're there in under five minutes. Bedrooms are comfortable, Everything well appointed. However, if you plan on spending anytime in the indoor living area, neither the dining table nor the sofa get any relief from the heat because the ceiling fans are over the counter and kitchen areas.

Peace and Paradise

We stayed in unit 2 for nearly one week. This is the best location in Rincon for enjoying the beautiful beaches that are within easy walking distance. This VRBO is well cared for and the owner is responsive and lives on premises. The house is accurately described and owner is unbelievably kind to provide access to beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, swim noodles and even barbecue access (did not use). The kitchen amenities were perfect and it was thoughtful of owner to provide coffee filters for the Mr Coffee and a French press was available too. Lots of spices and a variety of pots/ pans allow for a quiet dinner in or minutes down the road there are many restaurants. Afternoons resting by the salt water pool in a beautiful hammock was a wonderful memory. The pool is surrounded by a lovely well cared for garden and it is fun to hear all the different varieties of birds, frogs and animals that seem very happy to live in their digs. Beds are extremely comfortable and linen quality was exceptional. Bathroom and beach towels are provided and better than any Marriott. Ventilation provided by fans was perfect for this ground floor unit. Yes, there are ac units in each bedroom but one can easily sleep without them. We would love to stay here at R Casa again.

Location, Location, Location!

Overall a good stay. You can't beat this location. You can walk to the downtown area (food,shops), the marina (food), and the beach. For surfers...this is a great location for your surf trip- Dogmans, Pistons, and Marias are very close. Property has surf racks for board storage and hose to rinse boards and gear. Host lives on the property, she is approachable, but gave us our space which we appreciated. FYI: the house does have two full baths, but one is not in a bedroom. Not a huge deal, but to be noted. Host has an excellent welcome booklet to get your stay going in Rincon...tons of helpful info about the house and the area. Wish the gazebo area had some outdoor club chairs/sofas instead of the two hammocks. It limits such a cool part of the backyard. The backyard landscaping is great, and we enjoyed the pool before heading to dinners.

This was a great property with a super simple check-in process. This house had everything needed for a wonderful vacation for a family of five! The location is phenomenal literally steps away from Steps Beach and central too many great beaches and surf spots in Rincon. The house itself is well equipped from the kitchen to snorkel gear for a great day at the beach! The yard and pool are beautiful and well maintained and great for an evening wind down. Owner Allison was very responsive and available for anything we needed!

Great stay

Very professional host and a lovely stay. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the fans and air conditioning in the bedroom were the nicest we've encounteredon the island. You'll sleep well here. The residential location is near other houses but feels very private and full of nature. It is very close to steps beach and an easy drive to downtown. We were a little bummed the hammocks were very worn and not suitable for a siesta, but the luxurious pool quickly made us forget. Also, fyi at times there was no hot water, but we aren't too upset as we appreciate the owner using solar.

This property is in THE perfect location. A quick walk to the beach, very close to town, and beauty surrounds it. The place has everything to offer. The king size beds are amazing. We couldn’t get enough of the pool. 10/10 would book again. Thank you so much for an amazing time!
