Just a 5 min public transport ride from the center the apartment is based in a renovated traditional Latvian brick house in the charming district of historical far center (Pērnavas street). The apartment is well prepared for comfort stay with carefully selected contemporary Latvian design.

The apartment is located in the renovated building (2018), the interiors of the hallway are made in a classic style. The living room and bedroom offer a cozy view of the quiet inner yard.

The apartment has just been overhauled and everything has been built from scratch. In the design of this apartment, we applied all our experience gained over all the years of accommodating guests, we tried to make the best apartment for two couples or a family of 4 people. The apartment has everything. A three-meter kitchen, an abundance of light sources, and a 32" "smart TV will allow you to support any of your moods.

The apartment was built for the "owner", I put my soul into the work and I hope that you will feel and appreciate it.

Everything at the apartment is prepared for you. Coffee, tea, sugar etc for free.

My guests are more than welcomed to contact me any time, I'll try best to make your stay comfortable, easy and pleasant.

The neighbourhood is a progressive and active part of the city. Various of public transports and groceries are available around.

It is possible, that I will not always be able to meet my guests personally.
In this case, simple and precise instructions will be delivered before arrival.
Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· If you want to bring a pet, you need to inform about it and get consent. The pet fee is 100 EUR.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
