2024年G.W.に宿泊しました。チェックインの際に車で来たことを伝えると車に置くカードを貰え、駐車係に従うよう言われました。ホテル目の前に置けるので便利です。立地等に関しては他の方の口コミにあるようとても良いと思います。1点あるとすれば夕食込みでの予約にも関わらず、チェックイン時その案内がありませんでした。レセプションに夕食会場はレストランと教えてもらい、レストランに入ったら夕食の予約者には予約カードの持ち込みが必要と言われ、わざわざレセプションまで貰いに行ったら渡されました。たまたまかもしれませんが、他はなんの問題もありませんでした。

One of the best things about this hotel is that the bus stop from/to the airport, as well as stops for other routes and trams, is right in front of it.

非常に立地も良く、またどのスタッフも接客も素晴らしいホテルでした。 朝食は種類が豊富なビュッフェで、いつも整理されていて食事も美味しかったです。 唯一の難点は、22:00以降は消灯で静かにと案内がありましたが、週末は騒音が多く寝るのに苦労しました。

空港往復のアクセスがすごくいい。空港行きの22番バスがホテル前から出てくるので便利。 旧市街、バスターミナル、スーパー全て徒歩圏内で移動に便利。 部屋は清潔で事前にリクエストしてたからかバスタブ付きの部屋を用意してくれてた。 部屋も広く暖房設備もしっかりしてて、快適に過ごせた。 荷物もチェックイン前、アウト後も預かってくれるので、散策に便利。

事前に、部屋のアップグレードをお願いしていたが、食い違いがあったようだ。34m2のジュニアスイートへのアップグレード予定が、20m2のスーペリアとなった。チェックイン時に、別途、デポジットで30ユーロ請求があり支払ったが、チェックアウト時には、返金されず、スーペリアへの部屋アップグレード費用とすれば、安すぎるので、よくわからないままだ。レセプション対応に、バラバラ感があり、不安だ。

空港→ホテルは地下を通る必要がありますが、ホテル→空港はすぐ目の前にバス停があって楽だった。 スタッフの対応も良く、部屋にはバスタブがあり綺麗な内装。 15時チェックインだったか、午前中に到着し、部屋が13時くらいには空くと思う言われて軽く観光しホテルに戻り早めにチェックインさせてくれた。 旧市街、バス停、駅立地が良くまた泊まりたいと思った。

長距離バスの発着駅や市場に近いこと、旧市街に近いので、立地は良い。 朝食は普通に美味しいが、毎日同じメニュー。 部屋は、やや広めで、浴槽があった点は良かったが他は悪かった。エレベーターから最も遠く、窓が無く、息苦しかった。外の景色が見えず、散策に出るつもりでホテルから出たら、雨が降っていたので、傘を取りに引きかえした。また、低層階で吹き抜けのロビーに面しているので、とにかく騒がしかった。隣の部屋のいびきもよく聞こえた。他のほとんどの部屋は窓があるのに、なぜ、満室でも無いのに、自分はその部屋だったのか疑問。 2泊したが、リガの物価からは安く無いホテル、4星のホテルとは思えない。部屋のミネラルウオーターも5ユーロ。 Wi-Fi はフリーだが、かなり通信速度は遅い。

Dear Guest. We appreciate your positive feedback about our hotel! Unfortunately all hotels in city centers have this problem with loud neighborhood, but please be informed that our hotel has soundproof windows and special ordered carpets witch hold up the sound. Hotel rooms has air conditioners in case if guests didn't want to open windows. As we see that you had atrium room, but this standard rooms is more bigger that those who had view to the city. But for the next time we will ask you for some comments upon reservation, then we can react and make your stay more comfortable.

バス旅に大変便利
バスで夜遅くに到着したために、バスターミナル至近のここにしました。夜間到着の場合、旧市街のホテルはタクシーを使うには近く、徒歩では暗い石畳の道を荷物転がして歩くのはかなり大変で、正解だったと思っています。 ホテル設備は写真のモダンさに比べやや年季の入った感じではありましたが、十分快適でした。　シルバー特典のサービスディナーは、しっかりしたボリュームで、満足でした。夜遅くにレストランを探すのも難しく、大変助かりました。フルーツもお部屋に用意していただきました。荷物はフロント横の収納室で預かってもらえますが、基本自分で出し入れがここのやり方の様ですので、貴重品やトートバックなどの荷物は預けないのが無難です。

旧市街の観光に便利なホテル
旧市街に近く、観光するために良い環境だった。駅やバスターミナルからも歩いて5分〜7分くらいなので便利。 部屋は広くはないが清潔で過ごしやすかった。ただ部屋の扉を開けてすぐに階段があったのは少し不便だった。ホテルのスタッフはいつも笑顔で親切だった。

駅とバスターミナルから近いホテル
駅前にあり、初めてリガを訪れる人にはわかりやすくていいのですが、鉄道やバスで到着した場合は一旦地下道を通る必要があり、重いスーツケースを持っていると少し大変です。 ホテルはきれいではありますが、そこそこ規模が大きい割にはレセプションの人は大抵一人しかおりません。また細長い建物の端っこに1箇所しかエレベーターがないので、反対側の端の部屋だった私は毎回結構歩きました。 私が泊まった客室は、ドアを開けるとすぐに階段があるタイプで、狭かったです。ベッドの前に机と椅子がありましたが椅子があまり動かせません。バスルームもそれほど広くはありませんでしたがバスタブがあったのはよかったです。エアコンをつけていると水が落ちてきて、バスタオルを2枚重ねて絨毯の上に置き外出しましたが、戻ってきても解決されずタオルはそのまま置かれてありました。2泊しかしなかったので何も言いませんでしたが、ちょっといい加減さを感じました。

アクセスが抜群 バスターミナルや駅が地下を通って 近い。帰りの空港までのバスは (22番)ホテルの目の前と便利でした。 朝食は種類も豊富 美味しかったですが日替りメニューが ほとんどなく8日間も食べると 飽きました。 部屋はキレイでアメニティも揃って シャワーのお湯も豊富。 あっ、歯ブラシはありませんでした。 旧市街も裏をでて直ぐです。

便利なロケーション
バスで到着したので、バスターミナルの目の前で便利でした。ただ、到着したバスターミナルとホテルの間に大通りがあるため、スーツケースを持って移動するのが少し大変でした。 空港へ向かうバスはホテルの目の前から乗ることができとても便利でした。 ホテル内のレストランもよかったです。

色々便利で推奨出来るホテルです。
中央市場、バスステーション、鉄道の駅に近く、また旧市街地にも行き易く、ロケーションは最高です。ホテルの前はトラムの線路でホテルの景観は良く無いが、利便性を求めるなら、推奨出来るホテルです。ホテル内での食事も、かなりのれべるです。

旧市街に近くてすぐに観光地につきます。バスステーションのすぐ近くにあるのでスーツケースでもチェックインしやすかったです。朝食の種類が豊富でした。部屋が旧市街側にあったので眺めがすてきでした。レセプションの感じがよく好印象でした。

お値段の割にはよいホテルだと思います。
空港行のバス停前で便利でした。旧市街も遠くなく観光には便利でした。 吹き抜けがあって部屋が並んでいるので、廊下などでの声は結構響くので客層によっては気になるかもです。 私が宿泊した部屋は、入り口はいってすぐ、階段を下りる必要があって、一応ドアに階段注意みたいな表示はあるのですが、ちょっと不自由でした。

バスで到着しましたが、ターミナルに近くて便利です。 裏側から出入り口もあるので、便利。 綺麗で広いお部屋です。 wifiも部屋で十分繋がりました。

交通便はよかったけれどもオールドタウンを見えることを期待して予約しましたが結局スペリア部屋はオールドタウン側じゃなかったことが非常に残念でした。

I will never stay at this hotel again.
The world slowest internet connection they have. Impossible to do anything with it. The hotel is well located but that was really all. The stuff at the restaurant were rude, the room service food was really bad. And also, the sound proof was really bad, you hear all the noise from everywhere.

リガのバスステーションに近く、更に旧市街も近く、移動や観光に便利。バスステーションからホテルに行く際は、大通りを地下道を使って渡る必要があるので、大きいスーツケースを使う場合は、若干、大変かも。ホテル自体は、スタッフ、部屋、朝食など色々な点で良かった。もし、リガに再訪することがあれば、また利用したい。

ビュリニスから夜２２：３０ごろのバスで到着するので、バス停近くという理由で選びました。地図上はまん前だけれど、実際は電車と大通りとトラムに阻まれているので、地下道を行かなければならないのですが、夜遅かったので地下道が見つからず、大通りをつっきってしましたした。スーツケースには少々きつかったです。また、帰りもこれはホテルのせいではないのですが、地下道への道が工事で阻まれていたので、トラムを横切ることになりました。地下道にはエレベーターもエスカレーターもなく、荷物用の鉄のラインが引かれているのですが、スーツケースにははまらないので、持って登らなければなりません。でも、バス停から見えているのと、距離としては近いので、大丈夫でした。ホテルはスリッパ、姿見鏡、アイロン、ドライヤー、ポット、冷蔵庫などなど想像以上に何でも揃っているので、快適でした。バスタブがあるともっとよかったなというくらいです。ホテルは近代的で、朝食もおいしかったです。長距離バスで移動するならここが一番だと思います。

The hotel is in a very good location. Bus stop is close by so one could save money for airport transport. The quality of breakfast is very good. The staff are friendly. It is an excellent 4 star hotel. Have already recomnended it to friends.

Dankeschön für diese schönen Tage im Avalon. Das Personal hat sich immer die größte Mühe gegeben um den Gästen einen sehr guten Aufenthalt zu gewähren. Zimmer und gesamtes Hotel sehr sauber. Rezeption Personal ist spitze.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the room was wonderful. The only issue we had was with some confusion regarding booking at taxi to pick us up from the airport, but that was a minor thing (and as we ended up getting a different taxi the hotel removed this from our bill). Location wise it is very close to the Old Town, so you can walk to many of the major tourist attractions. 5 stars!

The hotel was very convenient-walkable to most tourist attractions alongside good transport links. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread had wide variety to cater to varying dietary choices. Would definitely recommend this place
