"Loved this property. The property owner was very gracious and attentive to us. The house was wonderful..a beautiful rental. It had everything we needed. I fell in love with the design and decor. Loved it. We were all very comfortable. It is exactly as described in the photos. It is cozy, warm, and inviting. Extremely clean and everything was perfect taste. Just perfect..very quiet neighborhood and very sweet neighbors. Definitely and highly recommend staying here. Thank you for everything....

"Recital weekend at Averrett University, house was only a 5 minute walk from the venue. House was as described, we had plenty of room for getting ready and the house was beautifully lit at night when we returned. Would recommend if needing something close to the University, however parking is very limited to 2 vehicles only!"

"We chose this area for how close it was to Hanging Rock. However, it rained very hard almost the whole time we were there. But the house was so comfortable that we really enjoyed just hanging out there. Very clean, with a lot of thoughtful details (spices, teas, coffee) and the sheets on the bed were so soft and amazing! The hosts were very easy to message and we always got a quick response. Would definitely go back!"

"It is an old house, as stated in the ad. Some rooms had bad smell, especially the BR in the basement. Lots of room for everything. We had minor plumbing and electrical issues. Some of the bedrooms were inter connected, had privacy issues. Disappointed with the pool, as it was not clean despite the efforts from two people who came to clean it. Overall it was good!"

"Me and my small group had the best get-away in Danbury. Spencer and Logan were THE BEST hosts! The house was VERY clean. They were prompt with their replies, the house had EVERYTHING and anything we needed. We set up a few tents outside, enjoyed a beautiful fire, grilled out.. we truly couldn't have asked for more. "We had a great stay in this cottage. It was perfect for 2 people. They had supplies you always forget to pack including shampoo/conditioner! The best part was having good coffee from a keurig!! It was hands down much better than a hotel and waking up in the wooded area and seeing deers in the morning was so great! Communication was quick with owners as well! Thank you!!
