"Everything about the hotel was great. Snack and drink bar are pricey as normal, but the pool and breakfast were both a hit with the kids. Did have a little problem with the room a/c not getting below 72 despite turning it down and when we called the front desk no one ever showed up to fix it. Overall I would say a solid 9/10 for the property and customer service though. We will stay again!"
