"Overall stay was just okay. Convenient location with limited parking. Sink was clogged. Just an older facility and I expected more from the Expedia description."

"I cannot evaluate the property, but I can tell you how put out I am with the staff. My reservation was made through Hotels.com. I was using their voice recognition to place a reservation, and ended up booking this resort in Silverton, CO instead of a resort in Silverthorn, Co. They are over 5 hours from each other. When I discovered this I tried to contact the resort but did not receive an answer to my calls. I then contacted Hotels.com and they were also unable to get an answer to their calls and emails. The mistake may not have been made by the resort, but their lack of customer service is an issue that they need to address. After three days of no contact, I was informed by Hotels.com that they were unable to reach the property and that I would have to pay for the room because they were unable to cancel it."

"Great place to stay in Telluride!! Great Location! We have stayed there before, actually several times in the last 20 years, well maintained property!! However, be aware of the “resort fees” that the hotel tacks on now!! It was a surprise..even the “self parking” there is a “resort fees” SEPARATE!! HUMMMMM"

"The room is very clean. We were there when the temperatures were very high. There is a mini split in the room. Seems a bit off but it does the job. The staff are wonderful. Be prepared to pay for parking. I suppose this is tied to parking being a premium. The restaurant was closed when we visited but there are wonderful places to eat within walking distance. Wonderful treat when choosing places to stay. A bit pricey but well worth it if treating yourself to a special place to stay."
