We had a “just ok” stay at the SpringHill Suites Chester. The beds were ultra soft and not supportive. Mine had a spring that squeaked every single time I moved. The pillows were basically a few lumps of filling and a lot of air.
We stayed two nights and were informed (after we found our room had not been refreshed) that housekeeping only comes every other day. So we made our own beds…
I had called down to the desk to inquire about our untouched room, but got no answer. When I went down immediately to ask since I couldn’t get someone on the phone, I found the front desk agent on her phone.
The hotel was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was ample. If the comfort of the bed and pillows matters to you though, or the attentiveness of the staff, I’d pass.
