Always our favorite Bay Area stay

The views of the SF Bay from the all-glass front living/dining room is incredible as well as from their beautiful deck. Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the interior design is beautiful. The host is very responsive. This home has become our favorite stay away from home.Point Richmond is perfectly located for easy travel to Marin, San Francisco and the East Bay.

Such a cool house and neighborhood!

Perfect little vacation home near the Richmond Ferry and San Rafael Bridge make this a great central location. Enjoying a cup of coffee while watching ships in the bay is such a treat.

We stayed four nights in this beautiful home in Richmond and had a wonderful time. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished, and had everything we needed – and more.We explored San Francisco by taking the ferry from Richmond, which was very convenient. At the end of the day, it was such a treat to relax on the terrace and enjoy the stunning view over the water, including the Golden Gate Bridge.The beds were a bit firm for our personal taste, but that’s of course subjective.Overall, we had a very positive experience – both with the house and with the communication from the owner. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Accomodations!

William’s place is adorable! Stayed there for three nights. Was with two young teens who also loved it. It is modern, clean, two master bedrooms and a wonderful view of the Bay. Will definitely book again if the girls want to return next year😁👍

Great location - quiet, great views, easy access.

The property is petit but lovely with amazing views and good proximity for getting on the highways to different places. Only 30 mins to Muir Woods, Golden Gate, Alcatraz and downtown SF. Owner is great, perfect communication.

Beautiful views!

The property was beautiful and clean as advertised. Check in and out was very easy. William was always responsive and timely, and accommodating. Probably pretty obvious from the photos, but it may be a challenge for anyone with physical limitations to get luggage etc up the front steps to the entrance. That being said, it is absolutely worth it for the spectacular view!! I would definitely come back!

We loved this new and modern home in Point Richmond. We enjoyed the views of the 3 bridges and the walks around the neighborhood. It had everything we need to make meals for our 10-day stay, the beds were comfortable and the we appreciated the little extras like cloth table napkins and food storage containers. We look forward to staying again on our next trip!

We were thoroughly pleased with our stay. The house had all the amenities we required, and everything was in perfect working order and spotlessly clean. This property feels like someone's private retreat with beautiful architecture, art work and interior but also very comfortable with every convenience. Stunning modern place to stay

What a great place to stay in the Bay area. With a beautiful view over the bay towards the Golden Gate Bridge and the SF Skyline. In a very clean, safe and calm area this place is worth a recommendation. We have been here for a week and felt more than satisfied from the super clean and perfect organized house and the generous supply with all kitchen and bath amenities. Thanksgiving

My daughter and I needed a place to stay while enjoying family in the area over the Thanksgiving holiday. This place was perfect. It was well located for easy travel to relatives' homes as well as San Francisco for tourist activities. The kitchen was convenient for the dishes we needed to prepare. The washer/dryer was so helpful when we had a spill. And the view is amazing!!!
