良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
I booked this stay over a month in advance. I don't know if Expedia or Marriott Bonvoy did this, but my card was charged for the stay IMMEDIATELY, a month in advance of my stay. This will never happen again because I will never use Expedia or Marriott again. Now I have to watch my card bill to make sure I am not double charged for my stay. I rate the stay 5 out of 10. We were there for 2 nights. It was supposed to be a king bed. It was a queen. Housekeeping did not make the room up after the first night. We reused our towels but the trash was not emptied and we could have run out of toilet paper, etc. Breakfast was better than average. The place seemed understaffed.
