  • The Arbor Cabin is a private retreat offering a beautiful outdoor landscaped space with a fire pit, plenty of firewood, relaxing hanging egg chairs, a hammock in the trees, two BBQ's, and outdoor games, Bluetooth speakers to play your favorite music and a deck with an amazing forest view. You'll feel secluded and tranquil in this retreat in the woods!

    The 480 sq.ft. studio-style cabin offers a king size bed or the option of two twin beds. The couch or an additional airbed provides sleeping for a third person. (A maximum of 3 guests only please.)

    The interior provides a fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, and a beautiful redwood bar table for indoor dining. The cabin also includes essential amenities like WiFi, heating and air conditioning (mini split unit) and so much more!

    The cabin is located on a 500+ acre farm surrounded by the Gasconade River. The river access is 1.5 miles away from the cabin and is available to our guests, but access is subject to flooding and weather conditions. The Host offers tours of the property (for 2 night stays or more) and its unique features including a 1928 grain silo, gravestones from the 1800's, cliffs, open fields, ponds, forests and the river accesses. (Subject to host availability and weather/access permitting.)

    No pets allowed. We offer an EV-Friendly Tesla Charger Gen 3 Wall Connector (Level 2, 48 amp) right in the Cabin's parking lot, which is perfect for fast and convenient charging of all electric vehicles - not just Tesla vehicles.

    We are excited to welcome you to this gorgeous hideaway in Richland, MO! When booking, please provide the following:
    1) What is the reason for your stay? (A getaway, Birthday, Anniversary, or just passing through, etc.)
    2) May we have your guest(s) first name?
    3) What bed set up would you prefer - the King bed, or two twin XL beds? For a third guest, we can provide the twin airbed.
