  • Trout Brook Unit # 1 - 1 of 3 units at Trout Brook, located on the northern shore of Canadarago Lake. Trout Brook will give you all of the ingredients for a great waterfront vacation retreat: waterfront location, amazing panoramic water view, memorable fishing, swimming and paddle sports activity.



    There are 3 separate units in the Trout Brook Compound. Unit 1 is the largest of the 3, with 1st and 2nd floor bedrooms. Relax in the living room that overlooks the water or unwind at the water's edge in the covered cabana or on the dock. Enjoy outside dining and grilling on the open stone patio.



    Trout Brook is ideal for groups looking to be together while still maintaining some level of separation.



    *Parking for 3 cars maximum



    Your host includes 4 kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards which the units share. When day is done, take time to enjoy a campfire and swap stories - there is a lakeside fire pit.

Great view on a Beautiful Lake

We stayed for Cooperstown Baseball and the house is exactly a half hour away which made for a great trip. Perfect location with beautiful view. House has plenty of beds for a large group.

Beautiful location

Lots of room and very comfortable. Sit in the gazebo and watch the boats, ducks and fish jumping.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at Trout Brook Unit 1. We received a tour of the property by the owner when we arrived. The unit was clean and was all that we needed for our week. In between baseball games at Cooperstown Dreams Park, we were able to enjoy the lake and use the available paddle boards and kayaks. The setting of the property is quiet and peaceful!

Just what we wanted!

We stayed at Trout Brook while our son was at Cooperstown Dreams Park. With two other kids to entertain, this property was perfect! The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, paddle boarding and kayaking. The weather was perfect and our host was very thorough when we arrived. The house was great. Clean, spacious, and the washer and dryer was a big bonus! The only bummer was the Internet was not working, but that did not change our vacation. If you are Heading to Cooperstown Dreams Park. I would recommend this property, about a 30 minute, easy, drive to the park. This area on the lake was breathtaking!
