大きな街にあるホテル

グランドサークルの道中で滞在しました。 ホテルは大きな街にあり、食事などには困りません。料金も他のホテルより安いので、また機会があれば利用したいです。

ごく一般的なレベルのモーテル

砂漠の中の宿場にある何の変哲もないホテル。シーツはきれいでお湯もまともに出る。そういう意味では合格。それ以上を期待するのは間違い。遠くから夜中に辿り着いたときに、妙に安心する。

The motel was closed, sold five weeks ago to an apartment converter. Had to scramble to find a place to stay. Never again!!!!😡

No motel 6 in Richfield, Utah

The Motel 6 in Richfield, Utah does not exist! The property was sold in May 2021! Hotels.com gave me a reservation for a motel that does not exist! I had to find other accommodations for the night!

Worst experience I've had with hotels.com

Couldn't even check in to the motel. No front desk attendent. Tried calling repeatedly with no answer or return call. The place looked like a meth den.

I liked it because it is close to everything. I missed the continental breakfast due to to covid restrictions. Servic was very friendly and helpful. Also fast. Will stay here again.

The staff is very friendly. They do everything they can to accomodate my needs. I have a hip problem so I was able to get a ground floor room. There. Was no coffee available and the pool was closed. Would like tp swim if I could.

the room had an overwhelming smell of spayed Lysol. So much so, that you could taste it every time you took a breath. There was a wired slug in the bathroom. The room was freezing and the blankets provided were not warm enough for the season. I had to go to the car to retrieve another blanket. I tried to run the heater, but there was a burning smell when I turned it on. at about 2:00am I ended up sleeping in my car because my head hurt so bad from the smell. I couldn't take it anymore! There was no coffee provided at 7am like I was told there would be.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She thoroughly explained changes to their service because of covid-19 but I felt like the price did not reflect those. Our room was clean but it had a few problems. One thing was our toilet seemed like it was clogged and didn't flush very well. The other problem was that only one out of the four lights in the bedroom worked. The safe didn't look like it worked and was broken but fortunately we did not need to use that. Other than that the room was fine.

Property Manager is completely rude and denied my reservation. Would not cancel the reservation with Expedia. Told me I had to cancel through Expedia. When Expedia contacted the property to get a refund they denied a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

The view was great, but that’s all. No shampoo, no microwave, no nothing. Just a bed, shower, and mini fridge, and I mean mini.

I don't feel the rooms are worth the asking price. In need of work ,paint, grout and minor repairs. Beds were very hard and tv stand was broken so that screen aimed down. Room was clean.

Front Desk personnel not professional very unkept, Rooms were very outdated, not enough outlets for business applications (laptops, Cell phone chargers, etc..).

The place was old, which would have been fine if it had been clean. The carpet was disgusting, almost black. The bathroom had mold and the place had a very bad smell. There was dogs barking in rooms most of the night.

I like a good deal like the next person - DON'T DO IT CAPTAIN! spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. After we got to our room i immediately tried to find a different hotel, but whole town was booked due to basketball state tournaments. I had to go to the store and buy Lysol spray and wipes. I had to clean everything (including wiping down the bathroom door, it had stuff of it) just to feel ok about staying there. I was drying my hands off on the hand towel at 3am and i found a cluster of hair in it (gagging). I almost moved my family to the car right then. The safe in the room was falling over and taped together. Nothing in the room but soap to wash your hands. Never, never again

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stay in my life.. The room had a nasty cig burn in the bed spread of the no smoking room. They lobby was very dirty as well. Everything was shut down due to covid but it all looked as if it has not been cleaned since the pandemic began.
