Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar! Carlos hat uns viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants empfohlen und war jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Auch wenn es im Wohnzimmer oder Küche lauter war, hatte man in den Zimmern seine Ruhe. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen, sie übertrifft den bereits super Eindruck, den die Bilder geben!

Amazing stay

The house was specious clean and beautiful.The host Carlies was beyond amazing he was there to answer questions and provide tips and suggestions about attractions where to eat and what to do all the time. We truly appreciate all his help. Location was the best! I highly recommend this property and hope to come back and stay there

Carlos was extremely accessible and willing to assist with everything from restaurant recommendations to activities on the island. He was very interested in making sure we had an excellent visit, which we did!

Gorgeous villa on a fantastic island

I fully agree with the reviews of the other guests. The villa is amazing, solid constructed and fully equipped. The beds are very comfortable. We could travel with light luggage thanks to the washing machine /dryer. The kitchen/living room is huge and allows many people to relax on rainy days. The garden is very nice including jacuzzi and loungers. The location is perfect in the middle of the island and near to the nice St Barbera Beach. Obviously, a car is needed. The villa is in the landscape -> be prepared for sounds of doves and roosters. You feel that Carlos loves his house (e.g. there is a little cat near the delicious Gatao wine) and being a perfect host. He is reachable, helps if something is needed and gives you many recommendations. We will come again !

The property and our host Carlos exceeded expectations by far.

The pictures of the wonderful Lux Villa are not sufficient to display just how good the property is in reality. The fully stocked kitchen with the highest quality appliances, dishes, and cutlery added to our experience. The best part of our stay was the complete thoughtful care we received from our host Carlos. Carlos went well beyond what could be reasonably expected as a host. He provided us with information and recommendations as well as directions for our activities and dining. Carlos helped us out whenever we needed his help even when an issue arose that had nothing to do with the property rental. Carlos could not possibly have treated us any better. We were treated like friends and family. Thank you Carlos

Amazing place to explore the island

We had an amazing time in Carlos’ villa. The villa is very spacious and modern and fully equipped with everything we needed. The villa is very conveniently located so that we never had to drive longer than 40 minutes to reach the major sights on the island. Carlos is very communicative and responsive, which was really reassuring throughout the stay. We will certainly return in the future :-)

Top Class property and host

The photos of this villa show how nice it is but is even more fabulous once you get in! The design is very sleek, well made and practical. We were 2 families of 4 with. 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The house's size gives you so much room to enjoy and relax when you are not exploring this great Island. The kitchen is huge and super functional. It has a a bbq and pizza oven that allows you to grill your meals (or pizza) with firewood. These make the best pizzas (tip: buy the thin or ordinary pizza dough at the grocery). Huge patio doors gives you access to a lounging area where you can sip your expresso. (the machine works great). Rooms are large and confortable as well as the bathrooms. For those who like to stay fit while vacationing, there is also some gym equipment available in the large garage which is very useful. The location of the villa is very practical since it is almost in the center of the island.. close to many beaches, attractions, Ponta delgada, many restaurants and more. Santa Barbara beach is at 6 minutes and is their surf capital, at low tide it is the perfect moment to try out some lessons. Finally, Carlos is the best host I have encountered in my many villa rentals; super friendly, easy check-in and check-outs, great communication-accessibility as well as great tips and cues for the island. In short, great rental! Thank you

La villa è molto bella e Carlos molto disponibile. Il check in è stato semplicissimo e malgrado l’orario (arrivo alla 01:00 am), Carlos si è preoccupato che tutto andasse bene, è così è stato. Pulizia top e posizione vicina a tutto (spiaggia, ristoranti,..). Jacuzzi pulita, Grill e forno a pizza spettacolari. Niente di particolarmente negativo 👌

Amazing house in perfect location

Carlos‘ house is absolutely amazing! Really modern design an furniture, huge kitchen and a lot of space for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay with the entire family, including a 1-year-old. The absolute highlights for us were the grill station with pizza oven and the whirlpool. Carlos is an extremely friendly host, sharing lots of recommendations on what to do or where to eat on Sao Miguel! We would definitely book again!

Beautiful home

Even more beautiful in person. Carlos and Claudio are amazing host. When we had any questions they were right there for us. We had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to a major highway to see any place on this gorgeous island. I would very highly recommend this home to family and friends.
