Perfect stay

We had a perfect vacation! From the friendly welcome, to the spacious and beautifully equipped room and the amazing spa. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was also excellent!

This property is in close proximity to Ribeauville and Colmar. The outdoor pool is great. We love to stay here when we have the chance to be in Alsace.

Best hotel for Xmas vacation in Alsace

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food was really good and high quality. The service was outstanding—every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The entire hotel was spotless, There were also plenty of enjoyable activities which made our time even more special - casino, spa, pools and bikes for rent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Great location, great A/C for France, comfortable beds. The casino on site was a nice addition to have an extra entertainment option at night, but it did not feel like a casino resort. The pool has very specific, very strict only-in-France rules about attire and etiquette. If you don’t immediately know what I’m talking about, you should look into French spa requirements. It felt boarderline fascist at times and removed much of the fun and relaxation.

Pampered & Satisfied

From the moment we arrived we were assisted getting our luggage to our room and given info to ensure our stay went smooth. We had our dog with us so we stayed on the bottom floor because they had a grassy area for him by the patio. They also supplied a bed for him along with bowls and treats. He was a pampered pooch and we felt pampered too after a couple spa days. The breakfast was good enough but a little lacking for the later morning crowd as things get picked over. Early birds get the worm as they say! We did dine in the restaurant one evening and it was so nice to eat in the air conditioning! That’s something that we Americans fully appreciate! The food was very tasty. We also appreciate the free parking! The popular surrounding villages are 5-25 minutes drive from the hotel and we hit them all. Got our cases of wine and headed home. We would certainly return to this hotel!

La piscine très bien par contre une odeur désagréable est répondu au niveau du spa et hamam de plus pas un transat de libre tout est occupé par des gens alors qu’ils sont dans la piscine C comme dans les hôtels il faut être le 1 er pour avoir un transat niveaux prix c pas donné une nuit pour 2 540 euros

Super Location Luxus Hotel

Klasse Resort mit Riesen Wellness Bereich beheiztem Außenpool und schöner Sauna mit Aufgußzeremonie. Große Zimmer mit Balkon und Riesenbett. Sehr komfortabel. Drei Restaurants darunter eine Sports Bar mit Tischkicker, der viel Spaß gemacht hat. Und einem Casino, wo wir über 100 € gewonnen haben.

Super séjour! Le seul bémol c’est qu’il est obligatoire d’être nu dans le sauna et hammam. Il est inscrit qu’on doit porter une serviette en cas de nudité, alors que la plupart des personnes n’en mettent pas…
