"The property is in a beautiful location, the views from the garden are incredible. The facilities are all as mentioned, the hot tub was well maintained and a real luxury. The property wasn’t the cleanest, but in a rural location in great weather we didn’t spend much time on the house. "Brilliant stay, staff accommodation. Breakfast not very organised, no cups, milk etc. Nothing topped up or checked regularly. We had to keep asking for things but staff didn't acknowledge with a smile would just walk off and get what was needed. Not what you expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall would stay again but unsure if we would book breakfast! "

"We enjoyed our stay very much! The property owner obviously thought of every need one might have. From the towels to the tea to the nicely stocked breakfast. We had a wonderful view from 5B, a super bed and it was quiet. Along the stair landings were books, dog biscuits, wine corkscrews and even a sewing kit. A big thanks to Patrick. "
