Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with a large Swimming pool, parasols, sunbeds and BBQ is ideal for couples, families, groups and those who seek memorable and relaxing holidays. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms with large double beds and 1 bedroom with single beds. The property features a large open plan living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. There is a fully equipped kitchen designed for the needs of modern travelers, with dining table, large fridge, oven, microwave, water boiler and filter coffee maker. The property has 1 bathroom on the first floor with bathtub and 1 bathroom on the ground floor with shower. The bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and hairdryers. The property also has a utility room with a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi access is available everywhere on the property.
* The pool doesnt provide heated system from the period 20/06-15/09 duo to the warm weather.


The Villa is located 4 km from Kolympia Village. In the village center you will find shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. 7 Springs is a great holiday location in the middle of the Rhodes island, between Rhodes town (25km) and Lindos Village (26 km). Tsampika beach, considered as the best sandy beach in Rhodes, is only 5 minutes by car. One of the most charming locations in Rhodes, the Seven Springs forest is only 1km away. This unique place of natural beauty has fresh water springs, which end up in a small lake. You get to the lake walking through a narrow tunnel of 186m. The lake exists thanks to a dam built by the Italians, in order to provide the nearby Kolymbia with fresh water. The area of Seven Springs and the nearby forests are suitable for walking.

o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
