Staff were fantastic, particularly Ernest in the Da Vinci dining room. Nothing was too much trouble. Pool was a little on the cold side but beach temp was lovely. Never an issue finding a sun lounger. Drinks in either of the bars were great.

Bel hotel, bien entretenu, une partie adult only bienvenue, qui permet des moments de calme, car c’est un hôtel très familial. Acces a une plage privée (sable gris et terreux) par un service de voiturette. Excellente nourriture et personnel au top. Un arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel permet de se rendre à Rhodes Town en 20 mn

Séjour magnifique dans ce splendide resort : l’emplacement de 1er ordre, avec beaucoup d’espace, les piscines sont nombreuses, les chambres spacieuses et confortables, la restauration est excellente, les bars nombreux avec des cocktails préparés avec beaucoup de raffinements. C’est un lieu magique et inoubliable !

This property was amazing, the food is outstanding, the choice of drinks was fantastic, the only thing that would put me off coming back is the trousers rule in the buffet restaurant it seemed very unfair , there were ladies wearing tiny shorts and crop tops without issue , it also meant that some men wore scruffy joggers instead of smart shorts , this seems such an old fashioned rule . Other than that everything else was fantastic, the staff were so friendly, we loved it

Stayed 1 week. The buffet area constantly had cockroaches crawling on the floor and under tables. Saw them 5 of my 7 days there. Staff were a mixture of helpful and friendly to the complete opposite. They have a sexist policy of making the men wear pants and closed shoes to a buffet dinner but not at all for the women, flip flops and shorts were absolutely ok for them. The facilities were otherwise fine, but the pool times are only from 10:00 until 18:00, which seemed really short for summer in Greece. All in all I would not go back because of the poor staff and cockroaches.

This for me and wifes anniversary, and our stay was wonderful. We did the all inclusive and was glad we did. I highly recommend this resort. We stayed for 7 days.

An amazing hotel. Beautifully laid out over a large area. Wonderful amenities with many different places to eat and drink. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Fantastic breakfast, huge choice of food. Very comfortable rooms and beds, well equipped with good views. Thoroughly recommend for anyone spending their holiday on Rhodes.

Vi bodde i ett familjerum i huvudbyggnaden. Rummet var okej, dock problem med duschen vilket gjorde att golvet var konstant blött. Badrumsdörren var vattenskadad, så detta var ett gammalt problem! Slitna korridorer etc i huvudbyggnaden. Toppenbra med beachstolar och skjuts dit.

We had a short Easter holiday break as a family. The staff were always friendly, attentive and helpful. The reception staff were at hand for any queries. The food at the restaurants had variety and catered for our needs more than adequately. My kids enjoyed the pool and we loved the location. We would definitely like to stay again.

Complex is beautiful and staff can't help enough. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection, my only though is if you pay for the adult section of the complex that works great but bear in mind although there are two breakfast areas you will be surrounded by families with children and babies every morning for breakfast. Maybe in the future they could use the small area for adults only!

Das Hotel vermittelt auf den ersten Blick durchaus einen hochwertigen Eindruck, 5 Sterne erreicht es jedoch nicht. Positiv ist die schöne Anlage. Auch die Lobby ist modern, der Strand ist schön, auch die Liegen. Toll ist der Caddy-Service zum Strand . Aber leider beim Service und im Restaurant zeigen sich Schwächen, die für 5-Sterne eher nicht akzeptabel sind. Das Personal ist freundlich, wirkt aber insbesondere im Restaurant überfordert. Die Sessel im Außenbereich sind teilweise ziemlich schmutzig, Tische werden nur schleppend oder unzureichend abgeräumt und auch die Reinigung der Tische lässt zu wünschen übrig. Häufig hat man den Eindruck, dass diese lediglich irgendwie für die nächsten Gäste hergerichtet werden, anstatt sie wirklich gründlich zu reinigen. Service, Ambiente und Sauberkeit im Restaurant entsprechen damit keinesfalls dem Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Etwas unverständlich ist außerdem der Dresscode beim Abendessen: Herren müssen selbst bei weit über 30 Grad lange Hosen tragen. Bei Damen scheint man hingegen nicht so streng zu sein – sehr kurze Shorts und Flip-Flops sind durchaus üblich. Auch das AI-Konzept ist schwer nachvollziehbar. Die Restaurants können nur von Gästen genutzt werden, die mindestens eine Woche bleiben.
