"Spacious and welcoming, this “retreat” was perfect for our family’s time near Dayton. The plentiful deck areas made for pleasant outdoor time. The kitchen had most of what one needs to prepare meals and all appliances worked properly. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The tiny house was tucked away in the middle of the woods, which made it such a peaceful and unique getaway. It was definitely small, but very cute and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. The setting was quiet and relaxing—perfect if you’re looking to unplug and enjoy nature."

"We were in town for a hiking event at Fall Creek Falls State Park, about 30 minutes away. We found this house to be very comfortable with recent updates, lots of space, and everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with some family restaurants close by. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy check in. We enjoyed our short stay in Pikeville! "
