Dear Elizabeth,Thank you for the time spent with us on our property and for your feedback. Our team always wants to provide our guests with as great an experience as possible. We are a self-check in property, which differs us from standard hotel, hostel-type of accommodation and their services. As you were already informed, the hotel was re-branded and couple of different changes are ongoing at the moment. We changed the entrance, which is now from the back street and you were informed about it prior the stay. It is clearly shown with visuals in the property guide manual we do send to all guests together with the access information, so you can have a smooth check in process :) Moreover, the access code is only getting activated at the initial check in time, not earlier. If you need an early check in, our team has to be called or messaged, so we can update you on this, assist you, and activate your codes earlier. Each guest have their own generated code for access, we just give access to the doors you need to open. Apologies for the inconvenience cased by the other guests bumping to you :) this has been an accidental case. We have a new door locking system, exactly for the reason of everything being more secure :) Of course malfunctions could happen to each system, unfortunately the other guests did not read their new instructions and entered by mistake your NEW room number, you were moved to. The system did not deactivate correctly their code for the room number you were moved to. The team did a lot of swapping of rooms and changes in the program, so they can find you a room you can move to, considering the unexpected temperature control issue we were not aware of. We tried our best to make you happy and satisfied, so I am a bit disappointed hearing you say the customer service was bad.
