The room and facility was fine, but this small town has very little to offer. We chose Hofsos because of the Sundlaug pool and hot baths, but they were mostly closed for maintenance.

We arrived in the evening, driving through clouds unable to see anything. We awoke to find we were surrounded 360 degrees by gorgeous mountains! Very clean, comfortable, warm. Really appreciate the attention to detail. Made our trip that much more enjoyable. They even had wine to purchase when we stayed. Near a good grocery store and bakery. Wish we could have stayed a month. Highly recommend.
