広くて綺麗、おしゃれでラグジュアリーな部屋でした。完全に期待以上でした。空港からタクシーで5500ISKかかったので、それも加味して比較すると良いです。空港へは無料シャトルバスを出してくれています。

Hotel false advertise free shuttle but there’s none from the airport to drive customers over even though it’s only a few miles away.

The place is very poorly lite up, the showers is very very slippery and no one seemed to care. Should purchase bed and breakfast would have been cheaper.

The partition walls to the adjacent room are not soundproof. We can even hear the neighbors snoring at night.

After tried several different places around KEF airport, I found this property and stayed for 2 nights. It is the best! Great services, super clean, quiet, convenient, shuttle bus is always on time, and a small restaurant inside of the hotel with very good food. The front desk manager, Sandra is exceptionally helpful, kind and professional. I will for sure be staying in this property on my next trips to KEF.

The breakfast was good and the staff nice. The room did not have hot water. We were told to many people were using it at the same time. That’s a problem. The lighting in the room/bathroom was the worst I have ever seen. There was no counter space in the bathroom for toiletries, no wash clothes and no bath mat. The room is updated, however, it felt cold and not welcoming. There were night stands but they didn’t hold a needed medical device. Lastly, most charging outlets were not in logical areas to plug in electronics - had to put them on the floor.
