「there were three crews but the service was really limited. They even didn't swipe the table. There was no hot water in the shower, it was rainy cold day. AC was not controlable, only on or off. I think the staff didn't check properly what is missing and should be prepared before departure. We bought some tiger prawns to cook on the boat, we asked to cook non spicy so that our small kids can eat, but it was very spicy.hotel discription says there is free wifi, but when I asked for it, the staff...

「Very relaxing and beautiful scenery. The rooms are very modern and clean. There was a total of 7 rooms on board, so it was good to mix and chat to the other guests. The crew on the houseboat were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Always willing and happy to help. Food was excellent, but keep in mind there is no alcohol, as seems to be case everywhere in Kerala. We will happily come back again.」

「This was my favorite hotel that I stayed in while in Kerala. The service was top notch - the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable! The property sits right on the water. The rooms are spacious. The food was wonderful. They helped me coordinate a canoe ride through the backwaters. In order to get to the property in this prime location, the car ride is on a small dirt road at the end.」

We were glad we chose this resort as we really did relax, and have a lovely break so for us, it is probably the best resort in Alleppey! The only problem we encountered was with extremely loud music coming from an adjoining property. I guess there was very little our hotel could do about that!」

「最低のホテル。コンセントはテレビと電子蚊取り線香に使われていてタブレットやデジカメの充電に使用するコンセントがない。マネージャーは町で充電しろという。しかたがないのでタブレットとデジカメの充電で4時間ほどテレビを外して充電するがACアダプターでも、テレビでもプラグを指すたびにコンセントの中でスパークが飛ぶ、よほど粗悪なコンセントなのだろう。隣の部屋との防音が非常に悪く、普通に話す会話やテレビの音が聞こえる。夜間はホテルのマネージャーなどホテル関係者は誰もいなくなるので困る。要するにマネージャーは何も対応しないし、誠意もない。おどし文句さえ言う。このホテルより安いホテルも高いホテルにも今回のインド旅行で宿泊したが、このホテルよりひどいホテルはなかった。」
