MAS AIGÜESVERDES is an accommodation with a maximum capacity for 12 people, located in an ideal natural environment to spend a pleasant stay or vacation period.

We will be happy to provide you with information about the activities that can be carried out in the area, sports practice, maps, recommendations, etc.

The accommodation consists of:

LOW LEVEL:

Spacious living room, distributed on two levels, fully equipped with table, chairs, television and sofa bed for two people.

From the living room there is access to a covered outdoor terrace and the garden which has a chill-out area, pool and shower, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue.

From the living room there is also access to a space on the lower floor (basement) ideal as a play area.

Large fully equipped kitchen with direct access also to terrace and garden.

1st FLOOR:

2 double rooms with a 135 cm bed. each.

1 room with two bunk beds (4 pax).

2 bedrooms with wardrobe and two single beds each.

1 full bathroom with bathtub.

1 shower room.

The whole house is heated by ducts.

It consists of outdoor parking with capacity for several cars.

House's rules:

- Pets are not accepted.

- It will be necessary to provide the identification documentation of all guests and sign the corresponding contract between the parties.

- The house is rented with sheets but WITHOUT towels (optional towels 4 euros pax).

- Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

Check-in time at the accommodation: from 4:30 p.m.

Departure time from the accommodation: 11 am.

- On departure you must leave the house as it was on arrival. The kitchen must be clean and tidy. Garbage may not be left in the house.

- The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

- The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be pre-authorized by credit card on the day of entry to the accommodation.
