• Note that the apartment is situated on the ground floor of a villa, where I live.

5 guests Policy!
• The apartmentent is initially set up to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. It must be clear that booking the apartment for 5 guests means that you understand and agree with the statements below:
• There is an additional charge in the nightly rate of 50 Euros per person per night included in the price paid during booking for guests beyond the initial 4-guests capacity.
• In case of bookings with 5 guests there will be a single bed to accommodate the 5th guest.
• The extra single bed will be placed inside the bigger room (white bedroom in the photos) together with the other double bed that exists there normally, so that means there will be no privacy between people sleeping in that one room.
