"Hotel is great and conveniently located above the train station. Easy train ride to get to city center. Check in was complicated as the front desk kept saying we had 2 reservations and Petra at front desk kept insisting we should call the booking agency to ask why that happened. Despite us communicating we had a confirmation email indicating we only had reserved 1 room. After a long day of travel it was very irritating. We did our reservation through Expedia and everything was paid in full in advance. Any error was not on our part. Other than That our stay was great, room was great, bfast is great with lots of choices and some gf choices available. However, staff at restaurant need more knowledge about gluten, celiac. We would stay here again. The mall adjacent to hotel has options for food court and groceries, others too."
