"The room was clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The lobby and common areas are clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient location, one block from the Paramount theatre and about a 15 walk to Pike Place. "

"I used the parking provided by the hotel underground … simple and easy and was well lit. Kitchen had microwave, refrigerator (small) nespresso machine not keurig … couple of glasses "

"The room didn’t smell okay at all. I tried spraying my own perfume everywhere- the smell is embedded in the fabric. The tiles are coming up in the bathroom, the shower doesn’t drain well the breakfast was gone through- nothing left within the first 2 hours no plates, bowls fruit or pasties and the TV… the coloring has gone out and you can only watch TV with a blue color to it! And now they charge $15 to park- I’ve stayed here for the last 6 years off and on and I’ve officially decided to never go there again! This is the first review I’ve ever left for a place because I felt as though I had to! "
