Quiet, in the middle of greenery, and yet centrally situated, the farmhouse offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Dolomites (UNESCO World Natural Heritage) and the village of Lengmoos. Yet the property is only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village of Klobenstein. It is near the Rittner Erdpyramiden, public transport (Rittner Schmalspurbahn - bus stop), a speed skating rink (10-minute walk away), and the skiing and hiking area Rittner Horn - Almlandschaft (4km away). An outdoor swimming pool and a bathing lake are also nearby. Guests can fish from May to November at the property's lake. Ritten Card is offered by the property for free (public transportation for free, free entry to more than 80 museums and more.
