Grand Sierra Resort and Casino
We found a lot of hair and makeup on our sheets and pillow cases before going to bed, but the customer service line helped right away with fresh lignins. People were fighting in the halls on the 19th floor. I called customer service and they responded right away to defuse the incident.

Second of all, it took another 45 minutes to check in by the time we got there, only one one person work in the counter at a big resort. The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was set at 65 but the temperature remains 72. ...
