This newly built 2500 square foot South Reno home has everything you could need to make your trip to Reno effortless and fun. It features four bedrooms, a beautiful backyard with a hot tub, an 85” smart TV in the living room (plus smart TVs in each bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen, a level 2 EV charger, and so much more. Beautiful South Reno is the perfect home base for visiting Tahoe, exploring Reno, working remotely, or just getting away with family and friends.

Great home!

This house was perfect for us! My favorite was the bedding on the beds. Seriously so comfortable and felt like my bed at home. Sleeping on clouds! Really appreciated that! I loved the option to grab snacks in the pantry. Came in very handy! Loved everything about the house!

Perfect location for us, out of down town but close to the convention center. Great accommodations with lots of little extras, felt right at home. Property manager was flexible and had good communication.

Family Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for our adult family of four. Room to roam, comfortable beds, and access to the pantry. The location was great, especially given proximity to family. Communication with owner was great.We will definitely stay again for any family gatherings.

Home Away From Home

Our family would give the host and property five stars. From the moment we walked in the front door we felt as if we were at home. The customer service and amenities were outstanding. The kitchen is well stocked. The enclosed back yard, kitchen and living area offered space to visit with family and enjoy our time together. The bedrooms are comfortable and well decorated. We would definitely recommend this property to anybody wishing to stay in a quite neighborhood, close to all Reno attractions. Beautiful place to stay. We will definitely stay here again.

This was by far and away THE BEST HOUSE, I have ever stayed at. You will NOT regret staying here. VERY homey and comfortable. Neighborhood and neighbors were great.

Very quiet neighborhood, location is perfect 15 minutes to anything we needed to get to in south Reno. Very well stocked kitchen, and pantry. Would definitely stay here again.

After many stays around the country, I can say this home approachs perfection. Seamless checking (even helps us get in a little early). Best pantry and appointments - exceeded the highest expectation. Every modern technology (internet, smart TVs, all streaming services). Clean and comfortable hot tub), upgraded linens. Spotless. Hard for me to think of any improvements.
