Find your home away from home in our Reno Sanctuary, just blocks away from all that MidTown Reno has to offer. Our townhome is ideal for group get togethers, family trips, or even extended work stay-cations. Sleep in luxury in comfortable King beds located in each bedroom, with roomy and modern ensuite bathrooms. Enjoy the fresh air while sitting on the front porch or in our private backyard patio. Downstairs you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, with complimentary coffee/tea & cookware.

Our townhome is located in one of the best locations in Reno, with very close proximity to Midtown and Downtown. With a Walk Score of 95, this is a walker's paradise and daily errands will not require a car. Despite being so close to an urban area, the unit remains very quiet and peaceful, offering a sense of privacy.

Downstairs you'll find a roomy living area, with a comfortable sofa and Roku TV including complimentary Netflix, HBO Max, and Hulu. The half-bath downstairs ensures convenience while lounging. Our dining area is complete with all silverware and crockery, with plenty of room to seat the whole family for dinner. The kitchen is fully stocked with oil, spices, cookware, utensils, and of course complimentary coffee & tea. Step outside into our peaceful patio area, perfect for dinner on a summer night or your morning coffee.

Upstairs offers two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the master also including a remote work friendly desk set up. In both bedrooms you'll find large King beds with immaculately clean linens. Our bathrooms are set up with fresh, clean towels, shampoo/conditioner, & body wash. Enjoy a large vanity and a large shower in the master bathroom and a tub in the guest bathroom.

Since this is a shared apartment complex with other tenants, there may be occasional noise from neighboring apartments.

During your stay, you'll have access to the entire two floor apartment. There is a reserved space for you to park and also tons of free street parking. The apartment is in a 4-plex that sits back from the street, so it has a sense of privacy and seclusion. It's a very short walking distance to Midtown Reno and only a short drive or Uber/taxi ride to downtown. We are also about 45 minutes away from all of the great attractions that Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Mountains have to offer.

The apartment will be yours to use privately, but our team is based in Reno so if there is anything at all that you need during your stay, we're just a phone call or a message away!

MidTown District is Reno's most lively, unique district in Northern Nevada. You'll be within walking distance to many of the attractions that Reno has to offer, with everything else just a short drive away. Overall, the street where the townhome is located is very quiet and peaceful, with limited foot traffic. It is also relatively safe with a school and parks nearby. The neighborhood is a mix of newer homes and more historic Reno homes.

There is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the apartment. The area is also very Uber/Lyft friendly, and also close walking distance to many popular shops and restaurants.

Midtown is pedestrian-friendly, with clearly demarcated crosswalks and expanded sidewalks that make it easy for explorers to visit area vendors with ease. It also has several RTC access points, bike lanes and ADA accessibility, allowing explorers to get around the district quickly, easily and inexpensively.
With an abundance of art work, creative spaces, vendors, historical buildings, and venues, we encourage you to explore—you never know what once-hidden gems await you.

We will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions or concerns that you may have, and our property manager is only a short drive away should you need anything at the unit. It's out topmost priority to provide you with a 5-star experience, and we're looking forward to hosting you!
- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 10am each day.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
- Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the unit
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
