Very nice clean hotel. Staff could have been nicer but wasn’t rude. The area is not walkable though and feels industrial.

Don’t usually do reviews, but this place was very well maintained and staff was super accommodating. They even let me use the shuttle to do to a show at SGR! Room big, clean and comfortable.

Great property at a fair price in Reno! The location is not ideal, but with a little driving, I could access restaurants, etc. My room was clean. The breakfast was robust. There is plenty of free parking. The staff was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I recommend staying here!

We stayed two nights and housekeeping did not come by to clean the room or make sure we didn’t need new towels. We had to go down to the front desk and ask for clean towels. We could hear housekeeping upstairs cleaning the room above up at 8 in the morning both morning but yet our room was never cleaned. We had other issues as well but it doesn’t matter because nothing is never done to make it better.

Overall the stay was great. The abandoned car out front is off putting and it looks like its been there awhile. It made me feel a little unsafe. Like I said, otherwise great. Thank you

Nous avons passer un magnifique séjour à l'hôtel, le personnels était très accueillant, disponible et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et complet. La Chambre propre, spacieuse et bien équiper. On reviendra.

Poor breakfast options
Hi, we are disappointed at breakfast as the staff mentioned that waffle batter is over for the day and they are not ready to refill. Year over year hotels are increasing the prices and reducing the breakfast options and don’t know the reason. Just for name sake, hotels are providing breakfast with minimal options.
