Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a nice balcony overlooking a courtyard.

The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Three bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) opening onto the balcony, 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds
