"We arrived late and the front desk staff were not welcoming though we paid well over $200 for a room for one night. The room was dirty, I saw a hair on the small towels, finger print on the bathroom door (gross) and the bed was made but looked like someone sat of it as there were prints. Again, paid $200. I called down twice and got put on hold and then called again, no one picked up. We were so tired from the drive I just couldn’t deal with the staff. The pictures of the room are exaggerated, it’s not that pretty. The lobby is nice though. The food was under average but the bartender was super nice. It’s a casino. Stay at Margaritaville if you want something nice. Rhino coffee downtown was good for quick breakfast and decent coffee "

"Nice hotel, but the service was horrible and unbelievably frustrating. Every single day we had to beg for basic things like towels. We called multiple times throughout the day and would not get them until the night shift came in after midnight. Our reservation was for three people, yet they kept trying to give us only two sets of towels. The worst part happened when I went to the front desk after calling all day with no response. We had not been able to bathe because we had no towels, and we had absolutely no tissue in the room at all. I waited in a long line like every other guest and patiently waited my turn thinking the issue would finally be handled. Instead, the front desk employee completely dismissed me and said he would call housekeeping whenever he found time. That response was unacceptable after I explained that we had been calling all day. It literally takes two seconds to get on the walkie and call housekeeping. I had already waited in line and explained the situation. Most hotels keep tissue at the front desk for guests, yet he did not even offer a single roll. He just brushed me off like it did not matter. After an entire day of calling and still having no towels or tissue late at night, it was extremely upsetting and a huge inconvenience. Basic necessities should not require begging all day just to be ignored."

"I stood outside the locked doors ringing the buzzard for 20 minutes until some older woman in pajamas opened the doors. I then stood at the counter for an addition 30 minutes calling the hotel so i could check in. Numerous homeless people arou d the property and staff looks like theyre in a half way house. I canceled my reservation on the spot and went to holiday Inn"
